This app works, which is more than can be said about other apps, but it downloads pictures at such a reduced quality that it is so noticeable. I am hoping this can be fixed, because itâs a shame for otherwise an actual working app.
Video does not download
I recently purchased this app and for a little while it worked fine. However now everytime I try to download a video after pasting it from Instagram, nothing happens. I emailed their customer support and have not heard anything. Do not spend your money on this app and try another Instagram downloader

Is not working ⌠ripped me off
Ever since I moved from Android to iPhone, the app is just not working. I paid for a year subscription, and nothing happens. If I click on Share, the app doesnât pop up as an option. If I copy the link and paste it to the app directly, nothing happens. No error message, no loading or buffering, nothing. I emailed app support twice and no response.

App doesnât work as promised
The app doesnât download videos, the circle thing comes on and disappears. Iâve reset to Support, but never heard back and I mustâve reached out half a dozen times.
Application not working
I paid subscription and started using the application successfully, after one month it stopped working and doesnât download Instagram videos at all for over a month now. I made several claims but no one answers. Still no one answers đĄ
It doesnât work
After downloading app, I saved a couple posts to give it a try and it worked perfect. So I purchased a yearly subscription of removing ads and it hasnât worked since. If someone could give my money back, I sure would appreciate it.

It worked few times, then it stopped downloading the videos. Tried all the norms to make it work. Whatâs the use of buying a subscription?âŚ. hope someone will reach out.

Stopped Downloading
I am been using this for a month or so now and it was working great until suddenly it wasn't. At first, I could just delete the app and re-download it and get things to start working again, but now there's nothing that will help. I've tried reaching out via the email that they provide and I haven't received any response. If I wasn't actually paying for this, it wouldn't be as much of a problem, but I have spent money to use this app to its fullest and only got about a months worth of use out of it. So disappointing.
