Recording you can trust: • Recordings in languages that use the built-in recognizer now save their audio properly — so playback, Follow Along, audio export and recovery all work for them too. • A recording interrupted by a call, a crash or a low-memory shutdown is handed back to you the next time you open the app. • Fewer duplicate recovered notes after a very long recording. Smarter summaries: • When a summary can't be generated, Inscribe now tells you exactly why — a note that's too long, a language Apple Intelligence doesn't support, or content it declined — and switches to your local AI model when one is installed. • The on-device model is no longer unloaded in the middle of a summary, so summaries finish faster and fail less. Easier to get going: • Onboarding no longer blocks you: every question is optional, so you can start recording straight away. • Ask Inscribe now suggests questions about your own notes instead of showing an empty box. • Telling us what isn't working takes a single tap.
