Thank you for your review. As with all subscriptions, you can cancel in your iPhone settings. This is not fraudulent as you incorrectly assert. Of course, you could have emailed us to ask us how to cancel or Googled it. Hopefully, you have now managed to cancel your subscription.

Thank you for your review. We are just curious how you know it isn't a bed bug bite when you were using our app to identify the type of bite it was? Please email us with more information so we can assist.
Doesn’t work

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, as using AI is not free for us, we do have to pass a cost onto the users but we keep this is a low as possible and do offer free scans so you can’t try it out. In terms of wasting your phone space, the app takes up less space than 4 photos so I wouldn’t worry about that! And finally, our app does work but it uses AI which means you must use it with caution as, as I’m sure you know, AI is not always right! Thanks again for your review!
