This site is terrible, I just sent them a picture of what I know is a hornet and it is telling me it’s a cockroach What a joke I will be deleting this app
Doesn’t see the bug in picture
This app doesn’t identify any of the insects at all. It says things like “horizontal bar” or “window frame”. Super unhelpful

Not even close to good
I LOVE bugs and gastropods and arachnids and all that stuff, so I know my way around they’re breeds, but I found a little spider and didn’t know what it was, and being as curious as I am I wanted to know. So I got this app and took a photo, first it said it was a tick? Then I tried again and it said it was a wolf spider!? It’s to small and black to be a wolf spider. I kept trying and then it said it was a dog!? I was a bit annoyed. It doesn’t identify ANYTHING properly! So not the best… so it I’d be good if you changed it up a bit, like, for people who are new to bugs wouldn’t know if it’s wrong! So please fix it or they’re is no point in the app but to get tricked. I hope you change it, and hoped this helped!🪱🐌🪰🦟🐛🐞🪲🦗🐝🦋🐜🪳🕷

Cannot identify anything!
This is the worst app for insect identification. Not once did it get the insect correctly. In fact, each time I submitted the same insect I got a different identification. The icing on the cake was when I uploaded a picture of a caterpillar, and the app identified it as an acorn!!!
Was mistake made about 7 day trial?

I didn't intend to purchase this app at this time, rather only try the seven day trial. I don't find myself able to use the app to Id the bugs, but I also don't see that I am only on a trial. This fact is not encouraging me to want this app. Please confirm that I was only on the trial and that I have not been put into a purchase instead.

It has no idea even when you send them a clear picture, I know I was sending a cockroach. It was saying it was a earwig terrible.

I downloaded this app which never worked. I tried to cancel the app, which is impossible as there is NO contact to developer . I am now charged For $29.95 on my credit card for an app that DOES NOT WORK, I AM REFUSED A REFUND, AND NOW CANNOT TALK to anyone about this app
Don’t download this app
I scanned a beetle in my backyard four times. The results were: cliff, dog, tank, ladybug. Not even close. This app is useless.

Useless app does not give you correct information used same pic 3 time got 3 different answers
Best bug Identification app
Get a good photo and bam. I downloaded other apps and they want a subscription or agree to a free trial you know you’ll forget to cancel before you can use it at all. This one was truly free, no ads. It helped me identify a leap hopper that I brought home in a beautiful yet infested plant. So glad their not ticks!

Interesting identification system
Loaded a picture of a flying ant and it was identified as a walking stick; same insect also identified as a long horned beetle. A hover fly was identified as a cardoon!

Took a picture of a bee and it says it’s a cockroach
Don’t waste your time
This app is completely worthless. I submitted a picture of a bug on a bell pepper and it identified it as ‘bell pepper’. This is an insect identifier not plant identifier. I have tried several other insects and it has yet to identify any of them correctly. I would give it a ‘0’ if that was an option. A rating of ‘1’ is too generous.

Die App erkennt gar nichts! Mit der App kann überhaupt nichts machen von all den Bildern die es gemacht hat hat es gar nicht erkannt ich habe zum Beispiel ein Bild von einem Käfer gemacht der in einer Tasse saß und es erkennt nur die Tasse 🤮Ich hoffe das es irgendwann eine bessere Version gibt
