Fraud
I purchased my phone from Verizon on January 17 and did not download the Inseego app. However, my Apple account shows the app was downloaded on January 18 and it was later deleted from my device. Verizon told me it was an Apple pre-installed app, which I question because of the download date. I have documentation and an FCT report and need a proper legal/privacy contact to submit it. I also want all of my devices unlinked from this app and any related accounts.

Horrible app
The app keeps crashing and when I do go back in the device is completely gone and I have to keep adding it over and over again. Do not get it and I am considering returning the MiFi Pro 4020 device. Super disappointed!
Useless app and support
I have the M000 pro. The app i was working fine up until recently. The battery state of charge box disappeared unknowingly. I deleted the app and tried to reload it. Now it doesn’t recognize my phone or the device?. Support has emailed me back essentially saying you have to login to view any of the information you’re looking for. He did try to call me once I missed a call. Then there’s absolutely no way of getting a hold of anybody in Tech Support other than via email, which he seems to only answer every two or three days. The app was pretty useful, and much more simple than having to login to the website every time you want to check something simple. Very frustrating it’s not rocket science.

Can detect that my phone is connected to the WiFi
Disappointed with this product. It’s complicate to setup and even after have it setup it doesn’t recognize the phone connected to the WiFi, then it doesn’t give access to the menu.
Why even install this for hotpot with its own screen..
Useless app, another not used app on your phone. Deleted
