Savings Card does NOT work
The website and app says that my Costco Pharmacy accepts this savings card for my Rx. I had my Dr. call it in and made a special trip to get it only to be told they haven’t accepted this savings card for years. I called Inside Rx customer service and she told me that if they don’t accept it, they don’t accept it. ????? I’m using Good Rx. Their price was a little more than what i was supposed to pay with Inside Rx. But you can’t save if they don’t accept the card!!! Good Rx savings card always works.

Rx entry function can be very buggy
This is a review of the app, not the discounts (which are fantastic on some drugs). The prescription entry function can be very buggy. Example: there is one drug where it defaults to a wafer form and it doesn’t even offer the FAR-more-common tablet form as an option. Fortunately the website works in most cases like this where the app fails.
