great magazine
Have been subscribing to Inside Soap on line for some time. Was finding it very difficult to find a copy in the stores. On line has been very good and I love the articles, very informative. Very good value compared to some other brands. Look forward to Tuesdays and the next instalment.
Convenience in ya hands
I’m finding this harder to purchase. Having a digital copy ready every Tuesday works brilliantly for me. It’s cost effective and good for the environment. 👍🏻
Still being charged despite subscription
I set up a subscription for 5.99 a month but it’s still charging me 1.99 for each individual issue

No magazines
This is so annoying that this keeps on happening that the new download is not available. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling as previously advised but no luck. Why charge so much and take our money if you’re not able to provide the service promised. Customer service is pretty much non existent as nobody wants to take responsibility.

I can’t fault the app as such I download issues weekly and read them however each week they disappear and I can’t read previous issues I’ve paid for?

This app is a joke magazine released on Tuesday still no digital version on Thursday despite paying in advance cancelling subscription today will try another soap app
Ripoff
I’ve been using this app for over a year and everything was going ok until now. Suddenly despite paying my £5.99 a month subscription I’m now being charged to download each issue on top. I’ve been in contact with the developers but they refuse to help saying contact ITunes and iTunes say contact the developers. In short they are ripping me off and don’t care. Subscription cancelled and back to good old paper I go. Seriously avoid!

Magazine is out every Tuesday but digital downloads on app are very often unavailable until the following day. May aswell purchase paper version ........

Good magazine but often new issues don't appear in the app so I often can't read the latest issue on a Tuesday.
