Useless App
App stopped working completely. Logged out and logged in and now it wants me to set up my site. Trying to set up my site it keeps saying try again later. Stupid app.
Waste of time.
It does not work. I wish there was a better app. It’s so hard to keep up to date! It hardly works. I want to see a snapshot of my inverter.

Schneider Solar Monitoring
One of the best app for Solar. Schneider is a smart company that’s been around for decades and aren’t new to this century VS other inverters and customer service. Highly recommend.
Unimpressed
An absolute dumpster fire of an app. Continually have problems trying to connect to the app to see outputs, solar generation and battery health. Should be relatively straight forward but it never seems to run right. Disappointed
Slow and buggy
Been using for a couple years now and it likes to freeze up or just not load what the solar is doing. Seems to be a solid 5-10 minute delay from what is actually being generated. The live mode only shaves it down to 3-4 minutes.
Currently the app will not stay logged on go more than a day. Just started randomly on both my iPhone and iPad.
On and the system won’t allow me to change the time zone. It thinks I’m in Greenwich England all the time.

Promising, however it needs more support at the homeowner’s end
As a newcomer to 100% off-grid integrated power systems, the app needs more links to Canadian-specific FAQ. Honestly, I want less fluff about CO2 sequestered and number of trees planted. More frequent IPS system-updates. App PLUS = Infographic is a plus. Add battery-health to app. Clone info from gateway to app. For non-tech users, add toggle between basic/advanced.

Battery Voltage indicator
Sure would be nice if they added your current battery voltage display on the mobile version. Can you work on this for the next update?

Nice and useful app - limited info
Home Screen of the app works well to monitor power flow, but it’s not obvious how battery state of charge (SOC) is reported.
You have to tap on the battery icon to see SOC. There is no history or graph of SOC like there is on the computer version.

firmware update is fixed
The below issue has been fixed by Schneider electric.
I’m using the XW Pro. When I updated to a latest released firmware, all my historical data in this app—all the bar charts—are no longer functioning. I rolled back the firmware and performed a factory reset of my XW Pro, didn’t fix it. This appears to be a server side issue. It hasn’t been fixed in over a month which is really annoying. I’ll update this review once the issue is fixed. Hopefully soon tho

Crappy app but good hardware
Is a shame that Schneider solar product has great hardware and this crappy app. They should put the software engineers to fix it and improve it accordingly with the product. Lack of functionality. But Germans are stingy, liars in many of their products. Same happened with Volkswagen, Lufthansa is the same. Put software engineers to work!!!
