Purely cosmetic gimmickry
I have absolutely NO idea what the previous 5-star rating authors were referring to about customization and functionality. The app is simply a shell allowing the user to see some interesting data sets only for California, which seem to be based on information from the same month as the app was launched. You do have the option to customize your data fields and select a location, however any other location you select returns an error saying no information found. It seems they released this app and moved on. I’d wager they do not plan to complete this app. Purely a marketing tool to get you to call their sales team.

Comprehensive app with tons of data at a glance
Love that this app allows the user to customize a dashboard with various data sets (such as foreclosure trends, dq, etc)by state, county, and zip code. As someone who constantly monitors real estate trends in search of opportunities, I can see this app being my go to.
