Very simple and easy to use
This app is great for team development where you review each other’s work ethic and it is anonymous and you don’t know who answered what so there’s no drama. It shows areas that you are doing good on through the eyes of others and places you can improve on.
My Thoughts
The application proved to be valuable to my self-awareness. Having the opinions of others directly at my fingertips helped me to improve my contributions to my colleagues.
Use for The Underground Agency
We used this throughout the semester for our marketing course for the purpose of self-reflection and to receive feedback from our colleagues on how to improve in different areas of our performance for teamwork and how to become a better employee in the future. This app at first was a little difficult to navigate, but with help from our Professor it became a great tool to use in order to see what your strengths and weaknesses were and how people perceived you in different ways.
