Enhanced Task Controls & Reminders - In-App Task Countdowns: To keep you on track, the task details pop-up now displays a clear, encouraging reminder when time is running out: "Your task has reached the 20% mark in terms of time remaining. One last push to complete it on time!" - External Task Archiving: Admins and Branch Managers can now clean up their workspace by archiving external tasks, ensuring the active list stays focused and relevant. Shift & List Upgrades - Manual Hot List Search & Actions: Finding and managing records is now faster. We’ve added Search and "Add" functionality directly to the Manual Hot List under Active Shifts. - Smoother Checklist Validation: We've completely overhauled how checklists track responses. Every item now registers its own state independently, preventing validation glitches. Plus, switching between answers now instantly resets error messages, keeping the interface clean and clear. Smart Infractions & Stability Fixes - Flexible Infraction Inputs: When handling an infraction question that requests an image, selecting "Other" now allows you to successfully submit text context instead, ensuring you can complete the report seamlessly. - Eliminated False Session Errors: We fixed a background authentication bug that was triggering misleading "Session expired" messages during shifts. Good when it works

Just a blank screen when session times out still even when the patch says it was fixed

Blank screen

I just noticed that there was an updated for blank screen however I’ve never experienced the blank screen until after the update. So whatever was done caused my app to go blank and only way to fix it is delete the app and redownload it repeatedly

Decent

App usually works for the use of spotting cars, sometimes there’s issues there too. Other functions that seriously need work are the “tracking” or “movement” aspects of the app. If you don’t open app to spot a car for say 3 hours, you’ll open the app up and have 6 plus infractions for not moving or not driving even though that whole 3 hours I was driving, on foot or stopped very briefly to take notes. This is just one of the main issues though, there’s not enough room here to describe them all. All in all, the app is not terrible but it desperately needs work.

Love it!

Insightt has been working really well for me. It keeps track of all the little things that are easy to miss, and I like having everything in one place where I can see it firsthand. The scoreboard is definitely a favorite—it pushes me to work harder and aim for the top.

I know it’s still new and being improved, but what stands out is how quickly the team responds. Every issue or suggestion I’ve brought up, they’ve jumped on right away and worked to fix it fast. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

Very intuitive and helps look at what we are working with when out in the field. Has a few things that I am sure are being worked out. But the tool is helpful and keeps us aligned to a central hub of info for our cases.
