Insightus Hop

The INSIGHTUS HOP Platform is a web and mobile product designed to streamline and automate site data collection and reporting. HOP Mobile is the field app for crews working on utility and infrastructure sites: it puts every job, task and photo in one place and keeps working without signal. FIELD DATA COLLECTION • Capture site photos and videos in the app, with review, crop and rotate before sending • Complete survey, checklist, equipment and signature tasks • Scan barcodes and labels straight into a task • Every photo and record is tagged with time and location JOBS AND ACTIVITIES • Job and activity templates are built on the HOP web platform and pushed to your device • See your assigned jobs on a list or a map • Open job documents and reports in the app LOG-ON / LOG-OFF SITE RECORDING • Log on to a job when you arrive on site and log off when you leave • Time on site is recorded against the job automatically TEAM LOCATION AND TIME ON SITE • When field tracking is enabled for your organisation, HOP records crew location and time at site, including while the app is in the background, so supervisors have an accurate record of who was where and when REVIEWS AND APPROVALS • Submit tasks for review and see their status update as they are approved, returned or disputed • Supports approval workflows across multiple tiers of vendors and contractors, managed on the HOP web platform WORKS OFFLINE • Built for sites with no coverage: everything you capture is saved on the device and synchronised automatically when a connection returns • A sync screen shows exactly what is still waiting to upload AUTOMATED REPORTS • Photos and task data collected in the field flow into automated reports and acceptance handover packs on the HOP platform HOP Mobile requires an account provided by your organisation on the INSIGHTUS HOP platform. Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
