Won’t even let me sign or log in it keeps saying I have another account never even heard of this app

Enjoyable but so buggy

I really love this simulator, it’s very educational, enjoyable, and well designed but the bugs in this app are terrible. Both this app and the pro version are completely non functional on any device and the only fix I found was to make a whole new account, and eventually that new account had the same issues. I really want this game to be fixed because I love it but these bugs make it unplayable.

connection issues

I’ve been using this app for 2 months and love it. I have a subscription. For the last week, I’ve been unable to connect to your servers and get an error message stating that I may be connecting to a fake server? I am unable to use my subscription and will have to cancel if I can’t use this app. Please let me know how to fix this issue.
