This app constantly signs you out for no reason, tests your patience for one of the worst education programs ever. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

Unusable
Bad UI, has me stuck on FaceID screen and just give me the refreshing wheel. Not useful at all and I have to go to Safari to just go in manually.
Terrible programming
Literally have a class dropped in the first week; then shows the dropped status on the bill they sent me asking for payment and contradicts itself right away. Doesn’t show which classes need fees either, complete trap

I used to be able to check things like financial aid, my classes, and education plan but it’s not even exiting out the login screen.

I can’t access this app anymore because of the screen being idle and got no choice but to do it on my computer, because it is even better😕
Unusable. Use the desktop version.
I’m writing this review because I genuinely want to see this app be fixed. Why are we forced to use this secondary window when you can see the real app right behind it? On top of that I can’t even log in anymore I just get stuck with an infinite loading loop.

Hard to navigate
To begin, the layout feels needlessly Convoluted though my main issue is a bug which entirely prevents me from conveniently using the app. When I open it, a small InSite (which cannot be exited out of) window opens above the apps layout/homepage prompting me to login. I do so, and my insite page opens ONLY in that tiny window-while the background still shows the apps layout. It’s strange and annoying and I have to login every time I use the app. Now, I’m strictly going to access InSite through the computer as the app is horrible

The home page’s layout is so complicated, and I wish it were less of a headache to navigate through.

Can’t log into email
It’s been said before but I’ll say it again: many of us can’t log into email on the app! It’s always having some error or another and this has been going on not just for a couple months, but at least a year in fact! For this reason, I’ve had to log in through browser for that very purpose. But sometimes even browser has issues and I’m out of luck! What the hell is going on over there? Email is one of the most important features of Insite and you still can’t get it figured out after all this time? Get your heads out of your ass!

This college app won’t allow you to register for classes
The app makes it so difficult to register for classes. I rate this a 1 Star but it should be zero

Great app but I can’t access my email. It just keeps refreshing over and over and it’s been like that for a month with no fix

Version 10.2.3 disabled the email which results in an error: HTTP error 400...
Locked out
App locks me out from the start. F'in hassle.
It’s crashes or freezes
Please fix the app so frustrating it crashes all the time and freezes and doesn’t update PLEASE FIX PLEASE FIX
