What is wrong with app
Impossible to log into system new blue eye system
Very expensive for what it does, which is nothing. I can’t even get in. Was ok at first. Then I renew subscription and that was the end of it. No assistance. No possibility to fix. Utter rubbish
App and System is Garbage
App is not user friendly. Constantly losing connection to server. Have never been able to recieve notifications. Opened a ticket and get no response. Paid alot of money for this garbage.

Can’t always log in, sometimes it takes up to 6 try’s to log in, so frustrating!

Es imposible conectar la alarma! Toma mucho tiempo poder conectarla, no cumple su función!! Es necesario que actualicen la app o la mejoren.

Unreliable
Unfortunately, the app has been very unreliable with connecting to the alarm system and has been prone to glitches. I have found this to be the case with similar systems but this has been by far, the very worst. It is very hard to believe that this app has a rating of 4.5 stars considering on other platforms it barely scrapes above a 2.

Take long time connecting
Pay for the worst app, nothing worse than it, used for several years, never fixed the bug. After opening it every day, it will take 1-5 minutes to wait for the connection. Because of it, I want to change the security system because this app
