Mediocre App
The app NEVER works the first time you open it. And it frequently quicks me out and won’t accept my facial ID so I have to re-set my password. This app is poorly made and could use some big upgrades. Simmons banking app is miles ahead of this one.

Can’t get on the app most of the time
This needs to be fixed asap
Open app any icon I click on just says Loading… so I always have to close the app and go back into in order for it to work this needs to be looked at and fixed ASAP shouldn’t take me 5-10mins to unlock my card I think everyone would agree with that
Love it
I love technology! When I began banking with Insouth 30 years ago, I had no idea that this would one day be possible. Bravo Zulu to you Insouth!
App is not user friendly
Other than internal transfers, the app is missing most of the amenities of modern banking. This, coupled with the fact they charge $7/month to hold an account, is why I will be closing mine soon. I held onto it for stimulus check purposes but my CapitalOne account pays (me) interest and has an awesome app! $7/month to hold my money is ridiculous. Glad to be leaving it behind!
