Waste of money?
I purchased the annual VIP plan and it was perfect in the beginning. Next, I’m logged out and when I go to login in using my Facebook business account it won’t let me log in. Says that the app is in development mode and I don’t have access Update: I have received a reply from someone on the Instagram page that was very nice and explained the issue. New update: App went down again almost a month ago, still nothing. No customer service contact to help those that have paid for an annual plan and can’t even use it. Update: waste of an app. Don’t waste your time or money for that matter.

Would be great if I could sign in
This app looks like something I could use! Has great features, but I’m unable to log in at all. I’m Instagram is a business Instagram and is connected to Facebook, but when I log in with Facebook it says there is no Instagram connected. I’m able to log in through Instagram, but when it tried to load an error message pops up.

Log in Issues/ No Response
I want to love this app. I really do. I even pairs for a yearly subscription. Unfortunately, I had issues as soon as I downloaded it linking my IG business account. I reached out to the company via IG and email and no response. At this point they took my money and ran….
Read this before buying
Been a vip user for almost a year and what a waste of money. I am constantly unable to log in to my Instagram account from the app because of various reasons. Every time it takes more than a week to resolve. Then within a months time, same thing. For the amount of money I've paid I expect better. Such a pity because this app has the potential to be great. But I just can't deal with this unreliability anymore.

The app is okay
I am new to the app my only issue that I’ve been trying to figure out if it could it be sync with my iPhone and iPad? Because it does not allow a login to sign into. To be able to work on my phone, desk, or my iPad and still be under the same settings and account. Please, let me know if this is an option?
Also, I’ve been trying to figure out how can I connect my Facebook to my Inspac account?
To me it’s not worth going pro. Yes, you do get unlimited features and templates, etc. but there’s still a few things I think should be added.

My purchase not restored
I’ve already bought pro, however it’s not allowing me access to edit pro content, when I select the restore purchase tag it’s not restored. ?
Great so far
It’s great so far. I wish it was available for androids, I only use my iPad for certain business use. I’m on my galaxy more often and would love to have this app on it.

Doit toujours utiliser l’app sur le même appareil
J’aime beaucoup les fonctions je l’utilise comme conte professionnel mais malheureusement si j’ouvre l’app d’un autre appareil il n’y a pas de lien entre les 2. J’ai contacter 3 fois le service à la clientèle et aucune réponse. Donc pour du professionnel c’est pas l’idéal. 😩

Did I waste my money?
So I purchased the year subscription and I have not been able to get a successful scheduled post YET. I feel like I through my money away whoch is unfortunate because I had such high hopes. $40 down the drain. 😩

I paid for lifetime access
I paid for lifetime access to this app for work purposes and now I can’t use half the stuff I could before because it’s all of a sudden got a subscription every month!! Can someone get in touch with me regarding this.
