This app is more infuriating to use than not having it

Nothing works. The inspector is useless and only works on 1/10 page loads.

No se ven los estilos!!!

porque no se ven los estilos de las hojas externas????

Quite a handful of bugs

Disabling JavaScript and Cache does not save after closing the application, custom search engines are not possible and occasion the console/inspect view will disappear and won’t reappear until you reinstall the application.

Seems to be no longer maintained by the developer which is a shame.

Amazing for web devs!

Just want to thank you for creating this indispensable tool. The iPad is actually useful for web dev thanks to this app. It would be great if you were allowed to use Blink as well instead of just web-kit, but that’s Apple’s fault. Anyway, amazing job on this app, I know it’s a labor of love.

Perfect for development on the go!

This is exactly what I was looking for! I tried several other apps and they all had major shortcomings. This is a full-featured set of devtools that works perfectly with my workflow. If you're curious, here's my setup: ipad air 5g, blink shell app, tailscale SSH into my desktop computer, zellij multiplexer, neovim, and a good bluetooth keyboard. I edit my code in neovim and tab over to this inspect browser app to see the changes. I love that I can see the JS console to see any errors and easily run JS to inspect my app. The only major thing this app seems to be missing is a JS debugger, but that's a lot to ask for in a mobile app. One thing I'd like to see is the option to hide the iOS status bar at the top of the screen and the toolbar on the left-hand side to get a bit more screen real estate.

Copy as curl

please add copy as curl feature:)

Frustrating
 and useless

You can see there are javascript script errors - but not in any detail whatsover what those errors are, which completely defeats the purpose. This makes it nothing more than a useless gimmick that someone is making money from.

cannot enter multi-line input from console

It seems the console doesn’t support entering multiple lines. To enter a function, the entire content needs to be entered in a single line, which is a bit inconvenient. Hope this can be improved in later versions.

Can’t say enough good things about this

This has gotten me out of soooooo many jams. I really appreciate it!

Fantastic app. Makes it so much easier to know when stuff is and isn’t working!

Unusable on iPhone

I don’t know what’s going on but the address bar keeps growing to 30% and sometimes 50% of the screen.

The inspector is not usable and is too small for iPhone use. The text doesn’t fit horizontally and when selecting elements it highlights the wrong thing. I tried landscape mode and it covers most of the screen with the address bar.

Force closed the app, but no change.

I think this app used to work right, not sure if it’s the latest update or what..

Definitely worth the price

I was sceptical at first, since a lot of the alternative solutions for iPad out there are pretty bad, but I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised! It takes a little getting used to, compared to chrome or safari’s devtools on desktop, but it definitely does the job amazingly and obliterates all competition. Must have!

worked for me

decent depends on use case not perfect but worth a try

NOT WORTH THE PRICE

It works really bad. For its price you would expect something amazing, bug free, with no issues. Well this is totally the opposite.

On iPhone its horrible. You tap one of the tools and everything moves up, you cannot see the website you are trying to edit. This happens with every website I tried. Sometimes not even the keyboard will show up for you to type.

It’s simply bad bad. They really have to fix this.

Absolutely amazing

I've been looking for a way to debug web apps on iOS/iPadOS for at least the past 5 years with no luck. Absolutely love the Network and Storage tabs, did not expect them to work so well! The ability to see request headers, formatted responses, filter by XHR requests and also have access to IndexedDB is s godsend.

I dowever have a few observations for now:

1. All XHR requests display 0ms for the duration, seems to be a bug

2. It would be great to have the ability to clear the list of network requests, like in Chrome Dev Tools

3. It would be great to be able to see WebSocket connections, with incoming and outgoing messages.

Does not support React

All good for simple websites but this browser cannot handle React state changes. Not useful for debugging React.

App doesn’t work, wasted money

It won’t even start. Waste of £8.

This app makes web development possible on iPad

Wow - please don’t give up on this app. This app allows web development on iPadOS. You can easily code on the iPad with codespace, codesandbox etc, and this app is the closest desktop web inspector out there. Absolutely amazing work. Thank you.

Doesn’t work with iPad

I updated this app and it doesn’t working with iPad, please fix it quickly đŸ™đŸŒđŸ™đŸŒ
