It looks like a good app. But you should tell people up front that it will cost them $9.99 per month. I just deleted the app because I can get the same information for free.

As a Realtor in San Diego, this app has helped me so much. It helps me look well versed in front of my clients and understand how old the appliances are in the home. Working with first time home buyers, this is really important to help guide them!

Game Changer
Super impressed. The app reads appliance data plates instantly and gives you everything—age, warranty info, and even recall notices. It caught a safety recall I would’ve missed. Huge time saver for inspectors.
