The Perfect “Home Base” For Your Meditation Journey

This is the best app I’ve ever used for meditation. It actually gets me to do it consistently!! Instead of a million different meditations to chose from there are only a few to start and you can buy more as you pass through the beginning stages. The meditations are based off of Ancient Chinese tradition, so the techniques and stages are well thought out and effective in achieving a deeper level of experience as you go along. I also appreciate that the voice in the meditations are always the same because I love Leta’s voice! If you download one meditation app it should be this one.
