Has potential but
I couldn’t bypass that opening intro without it crashing several times. When it actually works it takes you directly into camera mode which is great, I just want quick access and the intro is not helping. Once you’re in camera mode you realize you can’t preview the premium films at all before purchase, in which the payment screen will pop up. There’s an X to close it but it doesn’t work and I have to close the app entirely each time while just trying to check out if this is worth buying. When I finally got around to applying filters to gallery photos, it doesn’t let you preview that either. It’s just saves it for you automatically with the filter and you can take a closer look at the export in your phone gallery. Not a fan of that.
I really liked the preview-able films which feels rich enough for when you need something quick on your phone, but I can’t justify buying it with such a flawed app. Hoping for improvements then I’ll be back for sure.

thank you, guys!
style, simplicity and vibe — I really love it 🤍🤍🤍🤍💎
Kodak gold <3
Love the filmica gold simulation for stills and the VHS and 16mm video camera. You can use the app directly or upload pictures already in your photoroll which is very convenient. Perfect to spice up instagram stories.
Great retro effect pocket cam
The film simulation, especially the black and white option is very realistic. Overall aesthetic is awesome. Love that you can achieve analogue effect just on your phone.
What I’ve been waiting for!
Ok I’ve been waiting for an app this to come around and combine all the elements I need to make photos on my phone fit my unique and film like aesthetic. Made up of 3 user friendly elements, the first being the ‘camera bar’ which allows you to select a certain camera or style and immediately experience that aesthetic live on your phone. I find the 16mm and 8mm video filters particularly good! The second tool is called INSPR which gives you a stunning range of film templates in which to insert your photos and watch them transform into the said aesthetic. There’s a beautiful range of these templates, not as many as featured on Most App but a good cross section of the popular choices. There’s final section is the gallery which saves and features all your artwork created within the app.
In conclusion; I’m obsessed. As someone who adores film aesthetic but needs the ease of digital, this app brings my two loves together and helps me create the art I want to put out into the world.
