It’s a great app, I do love it and enjoy it but there’s kinda mistakes I feel like when you add an highlight it doesn’t really fit it just sort or deleted the photos or pushed it back
No longer works
The app no longer downloads. I tried deleting everything that was saved and that didn’t work either.

I was very happy with the app for a very long time. Now it’s not working anymore… just kicks out without saving the IG - as it did.

Needs updated
The app needs to be updated. When you post a link, it automatically closes you out. It won’t let you download the video.
Bug
The old one is better + I cant use this one now i tried to copy link the ig story and paste it so many times it doesnt download it (the loading screen appeara and then dissapears and nothing happens)
Unreliable
I appreciate the effort to try to upgrade from the previous version, but this one does not always download when the link is paste.
No customer service
I pay for an annual subscription for NO ADS and now every time I repost, there are 2 ads. I’ve reached out 4 times with no response. So they take your money for no ads and then you have ads. Nice business model.

I paid for the previous version to avoid the tedious ads. Then, the change: “app discontinued. install new one.” Now, in this new version, there’s a box to paste a link (yay?) and FORCED MANDATORY ADS. You took my money and I got a few months ad free, and now this?
Disappointed
I have loved this app up until now! I bought the one year no ad option and now that this updates I have ads! I have 4 months still left of PAID version with now ads! Why doesn’t it work anymore and how can I get my money back?!?! I’m really considering leaving this app for a new one. So disappointing!

Bait and switch?
Another precious paid user that was forced to switch over and now the app is BOMBARDED with ads and no way to go back to an actual “pro” version? How cute!
No audio
I saved a video/short from YouTube and none of them saved the audio.
