Doesn’t work
I’ve wasted hours over three days and still can’t get my camera to connect to this app. I’m ready to ask for my money back.

Bluetooth not working
This company is BA and the camera do not connect to my iPhone! Is this very difficult to do since most products could connect to the smartphone but not this apps!

Stuck connecting
Gets stuck when Bluetooth connecting. Camera is connect in my iPhone settings but all wheel keeps spinning.
No refunds after 15 days
I received this as a gift. The item was purchased 17 days before I received it. Tried for a refund.
I’m trying to reach out to protect others from purchasing any insta360 camera. They’re ridiculous. Poor camera, insanely awful audio, poor stability, poor resolution, overheats, 15 minute maximum video length. It’s just useless. A used iPhone 4c would eclipse this camera.

Does Not Connect to Camera
The app gets stuck “connecting” and is useless.

Yeah so don’t update to iOS 15 or else this app renders your Insta360 cam useless. Pretty neat!
No longer working after iOS 15
The export no longer works properly after iOS 15. The clips get exported slowed way down. So now I can’t use this camera at all
Export problems.
When exporting the app takes what should be a 1 minute normal 30fps video clip, and saves it as a 39 minute 0.63fps clip in the gallery.
Haven’t been able to use the footage for anything yet! Idk how the reviewers missed this fatal flaw?

It does not work with IOS 15!! 😡
What is the point of having the camera if you can not upload the stories to you phone to share!! The developer needs to update the App as soon as possible, you are treating the owners of the Go (1) as a third class citizens!!
Device and app unusable on iOS 15
Exported videos are always 1 frame per second. A 15 sec clips becomes several minute when exported. Can’t use the camera anymore due to this. Total loss of the camera.

Broken on iOS 15 Don’t buy!
It worked (only in portrait orientation) on the iPad Pro until iOS 15 update. 10sec clips are now exported as >32min videos. All the video shot before and after the update are now ruined, unless they fix this app.

App is no good with IOS 15
Been using this app and my insta360go camera without a single issue, since updating to IOS 15 it turns a 4 minute video into a 4 hour video. Someone here really need to fix the bugs in this app.

It worked seamlessly 2 months ago, now agree with everyone else, exporting to iPhone doubles the video length time and slows down the fps. I have so much footage I can’t access, please help!
No use as app keeps crashing
The app is totally useless on iPhone 6. You can download the video but cannot edit it because the latest app keeps crashing.

I have lastest firmware and app on iPhone 6 keeps crashing once’s it’s been downloaded. You don’t get a chance to preview or edit it.
