Needs updates
This app is ok, basic but ok, needs an update, has problems with Facebook live and if you forget the password it has trouble connecting when you make a new one. We pay enough for the cameras the least they can do is update the app

360 nano
Long time i didnt use my camera but then when we go hike and i brought my nano when i try to capture some pics didnt work it says disconnected but its plugin to my iphone 7plus

Just update from iPhone 8 to 10, does work at all know. On the 8 it’s did work but the interface was clunky and often hung.
Poor app, poor camera
I have had nothing but issues with my camera, and also this app. Very disappointed.
A good idea but frustrating in practice need org support
I really want to love this device and the app offers cool features but the app is making it hard to like it. (11.4.1 iPhone X) lots of freezes and doesn’t seem to want to pick an orientation and stay with it. Also the camera gets really hot! Would be great if it supported otg file transfer rather than having to keep taking the phone case off to fit the device to transfer files

The issues with crashing while exporting video have been fixed.
However, now there is an issue with “authorizing comments” on the Facebook live setup. Endless loop. It will never authorize and actually let you complete the setup. Help!

Need an update for iOS 11.3. The app crashes every time you want to export an animated picture

The app works fine until I try to get the videos to download to my phone. It just shuts down when I download it to my phone. Please fix!
Tell people not to update to iOS11
iOS 11 Totally disables the Insta360 from communicating with the app. It would have been great if you’d, I don’t know, emailed users about this??? iOS 11 has been out for months now. Poor job.
