Stupid amount of Bandwidth
Free one year trial misleading
The only way to get my money back was to request a refund through Apple, but doing so canceled the free one-year trial. As a first-time buyer, I feel cheated because I wasn’t able to take advantage of the promotion as advertised like everyone else.
This experience was confusing, misleading, and frustrating. If you’re advertising a free one-year trial, customers shouldn’t be charged upfront or forced to give up the promotional offer just to get an incorrect charge refunded. I hope Insta360 fixes this so future first-time buyers can actually receive the promotion as advertised.
Overheating my iPad
Instabile Version und kont weniger nützlich
Leider ist diese Version deutlich instabiler als die vorherige und stützt regelmäßig ab oder freezed. Das ist extrem frustrierend, weil man dadurch extrem viel Zeit verschwendet. Zudem muss ich mich leider Rezensionen anderer User anschließen: kurze Videos, mal eben aus der Hand zu „reframen“ macht leider keinen Spaß mehr. Bewegungen ruckeln, sind mal zu schnell mal zu langsam und trotz ausgestellter „direction lock“-Funktion bleibt der Horizont immer gerade. Dadurch werden aus potenziell natürlich wirkenden, dynamischen Videos eher langweilige Ausschnitte. Warum gibt man dem User nicht die Möglichkeit, selbst zu entscheiden, ob er den Horizont dauerhaft gerade haben möchte oder nicht? Früher war das besser und brachte bessere Ergebnisse hervor. Dabei bietet die App mit der „Gyro“-Funktion eigentlich die Möglichkeit. Schade nur, dass man diese Bewegungen nicht mehr aufzeichnen, also zum Reframing nutzen kann. Vielleicht könnt ihr das wieder zurückbringen.

If you export while the camera is connected to Insta360 APP, please download the footage to the App first and try again 3. Clear the app cache on the "Me" page of the Insta360 APP. 4. Clean your phone's memory to ensure it has sufficient space. 5. Close other background running applications before editing or exporting footage. 6. Check the phone's running memory (if the running memory is less than or equal to 6G, the Insta360 APP may be forcibly closed due to insufficient running memory during editing or exporting materials). Not IPad friendly app
Another major frustration is that you can’t easily access your videos outside the app. Managing or organizing your files with other apps is much more difficult than it should be. If you want to edit or back up your footage using your own workflow, the app makes that unnecessarily restrictive.
Insta360 makes excellent cameras, but the app needs a proper iPad version and much better file accessibility. Those two improvements alone would make a huge difference.

Hello! The version 2.29.3 app currently supports taking screenshots from videos. You can go to the app's Album page, select the file you want to edit, and enter the playback page — then tap the "Screenshot" icon in the top‑left toolbar to choose between a photo or a live Snapshot. If this option does not appear in your app, could you please send a screen recording of the issue, your phone model, phone system version, the app log ID, and the time when the issue occurred to our email [iOS-Appfeedback@insta360.com]? Get the app's Log ID: Go to "Me" > "About Insta360" > "Diagnostic Info" > click "Send". After sending it successfully, the Log ID will be copied directly to the clipboard. Куда делись круговые фото, которые были в шаблонах самыми первыми???
Был шаблон с очень медленным поворотом (20 секунд на весь шаблон)на 360 градусов, затем вид сверху и возврат к первому виду перед началом поворота на 360 градусов. Теперь остался только очень быстрый поворот на 360 градусов за 4 секунды, с низким качеством и лиц не рассмотреть!
Разработчики, верните как было или напишите где они теперь!
Остались только тупые шаблоны, первый был самый лучший
