This app is a waste of bandwidth
New install, crashes when trying to open a video
Having a simple player for 360 videos, especially on that can directly play the .insv format, is a great idea. While this did play an exported 360 photo, it crashes when trying to open a 360 video out of Photos. Oh well…

Can’t use for it’s intended purpose even after apparent update to fix this it crashes as soon as I select any media file for it to play.

Aside from Insta360 writing the most unintuitive pieces of apps, this one’s pure garbage as in 100% unusable crap!

Like most Insta360 items I've purchased and suffered through using, this App shows another under-the-bar attempt to get something on the market prior to its full development. I own the Insta360 ONE and the Insta360 ONE X, and like this software, is poorly designed. The batteries for the Insta360 ONE X will not take normal skiing weather. But wait! They fixed that and released a newer "Cold Weather Battery", only after winter was over. But you were lucky to find one available, and if you did, could get 15 minutes of life from it. The screen cannot be read in outdoor conditions either. This App has yet to show mw one video I've produced from their laggy camera software. Waiting for the day Gopro or the Japanese teach them how to develop something.

Pointless
This app is pointless. Crashes, no support for cloud drives, poorly translated for usability in the U.S. it’s stunning to me that hue can create a reasonable 360 but have no concept of user friendly software, this is garbage.

The App does not open any 360 file or crashes while trying. Have iPhone XSmax and Insta360 One. How could I ever confidently upgrade to the One X or EVO, if you guys can’t manage to have a working player app???

Does not work! If you try to open a 360 video from the Insta360 one camera on the local album the app crashes. Unless! I’m going to return the camera.

It seems like nobody cares about fixing this app. I guess the people at Insta360Player don’t know how to fix it and they don’t offer another alternative to play and share videos recorded in their products. It seems that this app was updated 1 year ago. This app deserves 0 stars.
