This app doesn’t work

I was able to copy the link about 8 times and then it stopped working. It takes you through a loop of logging into your Instagram account, copy link then says it doesn’t work. How do I get a refund? I didn’t have this app for more than a month.

Was amazing

In short your app is amazing and simple and fast and easy to use but recently it stopped working, I try to copy a link from Instagram and it says invalid link go back to Instagram and I do it again and again and again with like 40 posts and I tried to troubleshoot by deleting the app and closing the tab nothing worked I paid for this service please fix it

BUGS AND ERRORS

I was trying to download a video from a video I copied then it says you must login to download!! Even though I was logged in already?? And I was confused so I tried to log in where it told me to and I did!! So I closed the app thinking it would work now and then it tells me I need to login to download (don’t recommend downloading!!!) Thumbs down!!!!
