This app is great specially when it never works…..ever… trash
Looks like Enphase finally gave up on this one
In its attempt to push people to use the new toolkit app, Enphase has essentially made this one non functional. I’ve used it on my work phone and personal phone to commission Envoys and neither one works anymore.

One time use app
I use this app everyday for work as I install enphase inverters. The app will only work for a few uses and then closes itself every time you open the app. I have tried all types of settings in my phone and still does the same thing. Please fix this issue. The other issue we are having is the grid profiles not showing or taking up to an hour to show and sometimes not showing at all. These issues are causing extra hours on our jobs making us less efficient. Please update or got fix these issues so we can continue to use this app.

Will crash after setting up consumption and production
After logging in and setting up the consumption and production CTs the system will drop the AP connection and will not connect to the envoy, you have to wait 5min before it comes back sometimes or have to disconnect network, forget network and the one t after restarting the envoy and application.
This isn’t just a once off this is happening that regularly, I have to use the 172.30.1.1 to connect to the envoy so I can add the wifi details because if I don’t I have to wait 2-3 minutes to get access.

Better
I like the toolkit much better now. I think Enphase needs to help people chose the right app. If you want the basics and nothing more, then Enlighten. Want a little more data and live reporting,, then Enlighten Manager. Want full control and set-up through Envoy, then the Enlighten Installer Toolkit. I think some of the comments, including mine, on other apps is because some functionality moved around between apps. I have all three and as a bundle, they are very good and very powerful.

comissioning made easy!
This is so much easier to use now! Lots of new changes incorporated into this app. We can now scan the inverter map with the the phone's camera!
Useless
The tabs at the bottom disappeared with the last update. Can't navigate anything anymore.

Crashes on opening everytime
Much simpler wifi setup
New version is much faster for easy Wifi setup and uses camera to scan barcodes - simple setup for resi and commercial jobs

Great way to set up a system
There is new way of directly connecting to the Envoy that has really helped with our installations. We’re spending less time trying to find good communications. It’s been really helpful.

Have to use scanner
You use to be able to select panels and inter inverter serial numbers. Now you can only use scanner to enter serial numbers. Why can't you incorporate the scanning function of iPhone camera? This app is worthless now without scanner.
Useless without external scanner
This is a waste of time without external scanner which cost hundreds of pounds. I have used the Enecsys app to manage other installs and it uses the internal iPhone camera to scan in the barcodes. Come on Engensa a redesign is required to make use of the iPhone inbuilt camera.
Nice App!!!
Easy to use and like that I can scan or manually enter the micro inverter serial numbers. Enphase is leading the pack again! Keep up the good work.
