There’s only two advisors shown and both have very generic almost A.I. generated looking photos. You’re only allowed one question that has a very limited word count. I met the limit but my question was constantly rejected for character count. I decided to ask for a refund of my $2.99 and was told they don’t provide refunds.

£2.99 PER MESSAGE?? completely ripping off vulnerable people in need of an ear! It’s disgusting that you are charging this. Why not do an initial charge and create a forum for people to chat?? It’s not hard

There is always a time in your life when you need to talk to someone in confidence and this app is exactly what I needed. Connected to lovely aunt and kept on chatting for hours and made a new friend too. My request is to allow purchasing more messages in one go may be £50 so that I don't need to top up all the time. Instant advice when you need it most
I was going through emotional turmoil and needed to talk to someone urgently. I couldn't turn to my frnds n family as it was sensitive issue. Much improved app and I like it even more
Love the new features in this app. Now I can see who I’m chatting with, read agony aunts' profiles and testimonials. It would be better if there was a feature to add Agony Aunts to my favourite agony aunts. Also I would like to have a menu to see how many messages I’ve sent, total purchases and which agony aunts I’ve chatted with.

This app appears to offer a place where you can when you have no one else to talk to, but it does not deliver
