Works well with Voiceover!
As a totally blind iPhone user, I wasn't sure how accessible this app would be with Voiceover, but it actually works great! Note to blind and visually impaired users of the app: Once you've customized the settings the way you want, do a four-finger tap to speak the Blue Circle button at the bottom of the screen. This is the New License Plate button. As soon as you double-tap that button, IMMEDIATELY do another four-finger tap near the bottom of the screen. Voiceover will say, "Car image." Then it will read the license plate digits. I recommend keeping the time set to 5 seconds if you're memorizing 7 digits, because you want to hear Voiceover speak them all. Also, you'll need to customize a Voiceover activity called Instant Memorization with the image descriptions turned off. You don't want to hear Voiceover say, "A grey car with red taillights," before it reads the license plate digits, so please make sure image descriptions is turned off when using this app.
