If you close the camera or your photo library without choosing a photo, the app now offers you the other way instead of returning you to the same screen. We have also stopped asking for a rating straight after a photo the app is not confident in, and improved how problems are reported to us so they are fixed sooner.

Incorrect formatting

Absolute waste of money. The app does not format your face correctly and cuts off the lower part of your head.

Hi Mar1!n, we're sorry the photo didn't come out right. The cropping is adjustable: on the Preview screen, there are three crop styles: Recommended, Wider, and Tighter. If the lower part of your head was cut off, switching to Wider gives more space around the face and should fix this. We've also continued improving the face detection in newer versions. We'd like to make it right. Please reach out at info@kiducate.eu and we'll help you get a refund or a correct photo.
