As much as I try reload the app I cannot download the videos i have recorded

Arthur, gostei muito de como o app trabalha, simples e prático para gravar os vídeos.
Por favor, gostaria que desse atenção a um pedido que enviei por e-mail. Na versão gratuita o app grava o vídeo em mp4 somente, ok 👍🏼 Já na versão paga ele não dá opção de salvar o vídeo em .mp4 ou .mov ficando só a alternativa do .mov que gera um arquivo mais pesado, que no meu caso até trava o CapCut na hora de editar. Por favor, libere para o usuário optar, pois como está era melhor eu usar a versão gratuita.

O app é uma fraude.
O app não permite exportar o vídeo gravado e quando a gente vai gravar a tela do celular eles ainda metem a marca do aplicativo no meio da tela. Qual é a função do teleprompter então?

Don’t know where videos are saving
The videos don’t seem to be saving in the app or to my camera roll. Whenever I click to try to find support I’m being taken to an inactive Facebook page. Whenever I click to update to premium and try to go back to the video it gets stuck in portrait mode and has to be closed and restarted. I’ve already paid for premium by the way. I’m in a pinch right now and I’m afraid I’ll have to pay for an app I can use. There needs to be clear instructions on how to successfully use the app. Great concept but not so good on the execution.

Hello millaa1, thank you for your contact. Videos are saved automatically when you stop recording, just tap the thumbnail in the lower left corner of the screen, as you would do in the default camera app. If you need any further assistance, please contact us at support@artmobileapps.com.br
Video Freezing
This app was working great. Then it wasn’t. The video keeps freezing. I thought maybe if I purchase, it would help. Nope. I can import my text but not record any video. : /

Audio com ruido e suporte não respondeu
Já troquei de microfone, mas infelizmente o audio tem muito ruído ao fundo e o suporte não respondeu meu chamado. Se não fosse isso eu daria 4 estrelas, só não daria 5 porque o app não baixa os textos do computador.

Muito leve e prático. Pra ficar perfeito poderiam incluir suporte a chroma-key (tipo Veescope) e controle remoto via midi (cc#). Parabéns 👍

Needs improvement
If you jack the text size, the scroll is way too slow, even at the fastest settings. Can’t film landscape? Give the option to let the text fill the screen. For complex scripts, the little margin doesn’t allow enough time to read/think ahead of your phrasing.

Não gostei. Quero reembolso. Não estou conseguindo pelo aplicativo, pq n tem essa opção.
Not happy with app
When I purchased this app, it was told to purchase one for life time, I made few videos and then again in 2 months asking for payment at that time I needed it for my video ad so i paid second time but this time I hardly made 2 videos and then asking for payment for the 3rd time. This is so ridiculous and awful. And no contact details whom to contact. Very disappointed

Easy peasy! Love it! I was able to copy paste my script from a Google dock right into the script area… When recommendation for the app is to be able to see the actual speed. It’s hard to adjust the speed for accuracy with just the round dot. I’d like to be able to see the number above the dot as I am moving it so I know that I am moving in the right direction. It’s a great app! Easy to use!

Acabei de comprar a versão premium para baixar os vídeos, porém não baixa, logo não serve de nada. Cuidado, o barato sai caro. Não comprem!!!!!

Paid for premium version, had to uninstall & reinstall to get landscape feature to work. Fair price for the app.
