Love this app. It has a very simple quick and easy interface that makes transforming a simple shot into something that could become part of a collection of artistic takes even on the most boring shot. Just a pair of adidas can end up looking really cool and artsy. It’s a reasonable price if you pick the annual subscription and honestly doing so gives the option to just open it and use it at your leisure. I have had some truly great results.

Completely incapable of creating anything that truly resembles the reference photo other than a very very rough guess. Mostly just simple filters that do nothing to make your photo look like a toon.

. . clearly this properly is an app for folks with an artistic bent , so whether photographer or artist , either can start with their work and embellish it with this marvellous tech ~ obviously the user must have a worthy original for the tech to work its magic , nonetheless , if the user knows how to produce that original and then manipulate this tech effectively , well the potential is nigh- on limitless , best regards , such a one 🙂

lots of options and different styles to choose from. Update on the app. Big issue is when I upload a photo and make a change and send it to my photos. The app tries to change the original photo. Very frustrating. You are looking at the original photo in your library and the photo changes back and forth to the instant toon photo. I really like this app but if this keeps happening I will have to delete the app.

BEWARE OF CANCELLATION ISSUE
Decent app but there is no option to cancel the auto-renewal subscription. I downloaded for the 3-day trial period (and it said actually I must cancel one day before in order to avoid first month charge). However, I am not finding any option to cancel. Feels like a scam. Apple FCC FTC will be made aware of this sneaky little business.

Instant Toon is one of the best programs for changing your picture to an oil painting, stencil, 3-D, cartoon, and many more choices. You can even put Instant Toon on your iPhone and see what the pictures will look like before you take them, whether cartoon stencil and etc.
