The InstantCart Mobile App lets you quickly and easily manage your online store via your iPhone.
With its slick and simple user interface, you can administrate any of your InstantCart online stores in just a few clicks. Getting started is easy, simply download the app, log in with your vendor name, username and password and off you go. Once you have logged in, you will be able to administrate orders, respond to customer tickets/emails, take payments and amend products - anytime, anywhere. Selling online has never been easier!
InstantCart makes it easy to create and manage your own online store. Here's an overview of what the app can do:-
Dashboard
- Navigate to view orders, products, sales and tickets
- See basic notifications including the number of pending orders and open tickets
Manage and Process Orders
- View all order information including sales total, shipping, address, products and parcels
- Search for an order
- Change the status of an order
- Take payments
- Dispatch parcels using the inbuilt bar-code scanner
- Auto email customers a receipt on dispatch
- Cancel an order
- Quickly see customer and contact information
- Update customer order address details
Products
- Search for a specific product
- Enable / Disable products
- Update product information, such as pricing and stock.
- Set featured products
- Create new special offers
Tickets
- Read and respond to tickets
- Change the status of a ticket
- Assign a ticket to another store user
Reports
- View sales and volume data by month
- View sales and volume data by day
