Absolutely phenomenal service
I’m a real estate investor and I’ve been looking for something I can use to easily do quick estimates on renovation budgets for my properties. Instead of the old way of writing everything down individually and checking my notes for costs, I can just snap a few photos of a house and input them into InstantGC and within seconds it gives me a detailed list of costs and ideas on how to best rehab my houses. Would 100% recommend to anyone in a similar situation as me.
