Still kinda useful but becoming very stale

I opened the app this morning and noticed the New items were from May 16 (its June 5 today). I went to a their website and they have a banner indicating that Netflix has shut down the API that was being used to pull data so no more Netflix updates. So effectively the app is useless. Time to delete it. It was good while it lasted.

While the app still has its uses, there are definitely issues. For example, you can no longer queue content. You receive a confirmation that the queue was successful but it wasn’t. Also, it doesn’t fit the newer screen sizes which is annoying. I have an iPhone XR and now the app has black bars above and below rather than filling up the whole screen. It feels like the developer has pretty much abandoned the app. At some point, an iOS release will come out which will permanently break the app without some love from the dev.

I use this app nearly every day. I like seeing what new content is being added by Netflix. My only issue is that the app is visually dated and needs refreshing in a major way. There hasn't been an update in over 3 years which makes me think the dev has abandoned it. It won't keep me from using the app but it's a constant reminder of how apps looked back in the day.

I used to use this app religiously until their most recent update. Pop up ads are annoying. The tabs that were once useful became unusable. I deleted this after many tries. If you have not updated this yet, then please do yourself a favor and don't. The old app (which deserves a solid 4 stars) was just fine until recently.

Update made app worse
I have been using this app since it’s launch and have even gifted it to several people (back when you had to pay for it) because I found it invaluable. After the new iOS 11 compatibility update I now have ads again in the app. I don’t mind paying for ad removal but the app has not been updated in four years with the exception of the compatibility update two days ago. I would prefer not to have to pay yet again for an app that is mostly unchanged. The developers email did not even work to send feedback so I don’t know how to even contact the developer to find out what recourse I have to restore my purchases or pay for add removal. Originally I would have given this app four or five stars but until this issue is resolved two stars is more appropriate.

This looks like it hasn't been updated since iOS 1.0.
Good but linking Netflix account hangs.
App hangs after entering Netflix username and password. Needs to add Amazon Prime.

Does not work anymore, just crashes when I try to open all lists except for "most popular in the last 24 hours". Used to be awesome! Tried reinstalling 3 times and keep having the same problem... Disappointed big time. 😠
Good concept but no updates in 3 years & crashes
While the Instant Watcher website is quite useful, and this app was probably equally as useful as the full site back when it was first released, it is clear the developer has no intentions of updating the app and keeping it running on newer iOS versions.
I installed it on iOS 9 and it just keeps crashing. Completely useless app until the developer decides to update it.

Crashes frequently
Used to be a really good app. It now crashes 100% of the time for me when sorting movies by genre, which was my favorite feature. Doesn't look like a fix is coming any time soon.

Guys can you update and fix this app already. I paid for the upgrade and it crashes EVERY time unless you're in the New list or most pop in the last 24 hour list. That's not cool you guys. Please.
