I’ve tried this app on 3 different devices and my printer doesn’t even show up.
Doesn’t print!
Whenever I print a label from Shopify, the printer just spits out a blank label. Incredibly frustrating - why can’t I just add this as a printer to my device? Any way to get it to work?
Mini printer
I got the mini printer to help me with my business and it sucks stay away from it /return it. You can’t print something horizontal without it messing up. Only semi good for printing things vertically

I’m heartbroken! I got a new phone and when I tried to connect to my printer it says it’s no longer supported. I don’t want to throw away this little printer and all the paper I purchased. What a waste.

My phone recognizes the coreprint printer in the Bluetooth settings but the device does not appear in the app. Turned the device on and off, deleted and redownloaded the app, and still nothing. The printer just sits in pairing mode and cannot be used. If I could give this app zero stars, I would

Got the mini printer as a Christmas gift. Was excited to use it. And the app doesn’t work! I would’ve loved to be able to even test it out. As far as I can tell the product works fine, the app is a different story. Downloaded the app, follow all the directions to a T, and it won’t let me connect to my printer! I’ve tried all the tips; restarted my phone, updated or un downloaded and re downloaded the app, fully charged the printer and my phone, nothing works. Can’t even print one thing because it won’t connect! Do not even bother buying the product

I have an Apple 17 with the latest software and it says printer is not supported.

Can’t get it to connect to my iPhone. Tried different iPhones, but nothing is working. Even tried ChatGPT.
Great app
I was using an Epson prior to buying this and I spent 200 a month on Epson ink. I love the quality and how easy it is to connect. Only issue is that I can’t change settings automatically. You have to change it every time

I got this printer about a year ago it’s been working very great I stuffed it away because I had more other stuff to do and it’s almost next Xmas I found it and I wanted to use it again! Everything was working the indicator everything but when I went on the app to connect it did not show and I deleted the app got it back tried again and again and I still cannot see the connection tab PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM!!
