App does not work
I selected 9 photos from my phone and could not load them. I found a workaround by loading one at a time, which is not convenient at all. Then at checkout the app failed to work. I sent an email to customer support and no one reached back. It is a shame since this is a truly wonderful idea.

Nice tiles
I ordered 20 photo tiles on wood. They are actually normal prints and then glued to tiles. Make sure to leave a space in the margins because even though you amend how it looks, when it is cut it affects the margins. But they are very nice and willing to correct the problems
Not as expected
I ordered 20 photo tiles on wood. They are actually normal prints and then glued to tiles. 8 out of the 20, the writing I had was half cut although I worked closely on adjusting the borders before requesting the print. 6 others were cut on the very edge.

My only problem is the quality of the pictures and would have loved to be able to personalize the album a bit more.
But it's a brilliant idea that saved us from the risk of losing so many beautiful memories of a lost or broken phone. ❤️
