Lost my subscription after it rebranded from Instant Save to Instag. Horrible cash grab and app support has been radio silent

The most recent update KILLED the app it keeps asking me to go weekly pay when I’m already yearly and then it doesn’t work anyways just says “download failed” HORRIBLE and needs to be fixed immediately

This app used to be good but since this year it’s been terrible!! I been trying to give it chances but the updates have made this app completely garbage! I was a paid subscriber, now you lost one!

Stopped saving videos
It was working fine, now it gives an error that it can’t save the video because it isn’t in the correct format
Update: Please fix this app. Every day I have to delete and re-download the app to get it to work. It is very frustrating!

Paid for 1 year- feature removed after upgrade
They forcefully upgraded the app. I paid for a 1-year subscription when the paste-URL download feature was available and working well. After the upgrade, that feature is gone. Removing key functionality after taking users’ money is very disappointing.
No longer works
I’ve been creating content and saving reels for three years. For a long time this app was great. Then they changed so much and made a new app. It worked for about a week and now it won’t work at all. Horrible app. I wasted my money paying for the yearly subscription.

Posts and videos stopped working
The app is working like usual but every once in awhile I always get a download failed screen unless it’s to add a story in there which bothers me and I really want you guys to prevent stuff like this happening again
Never worked
I prepaid for the annual subscriptions because it had good reviews so I figured it would work for my purpose. The only thing I wanted to do was download a reel so I could repost the entire thing but seems like basically all this app does. Immediately it tells me every reel I’m trying to download failed. Tried another, failed. All failed. I deleted the app and redownloaded. Restarted my phone. No luck. I canceled the subscription and emailed them for a refund. No response.

Not being able to download
I’ve had this app for awhile to where it worked with perfection now all of a sudden whenever I try to paste a vid or photo to it then all of a sudden it stops working and says it failed like please fix this issue it’s ridiculous like I’ve reinstalled it and still isn’t working
