Not paying for an app that used to be free. Will just find something else.
No restore option
I got a new phone and there is no option to restore my pre-paid annual subscription. Contacted the support email twice with no response. An expensive app and now the money has been wasted. I’d like a refund for the 10 months that can’t be used.

I downloaded the app and right away. It asked me to sign up and it was amazed to try to not sign up for their paid version. They made it extra complicated just so you could sign up like what’s the point like are you serious?
They took money from my bank even though I canceled the subscription
