A necessary app!
Thanks to Instasize, my complete image can be presented on Instagram. Most of my photos are portrait vertical formats which would become cropped in Instagram without the sizing ability of Instasize.

Forced Paywall
I had Instasize downloaded on my old phone for years. I recently got a new phone and can’t get past the “free trial” screen. I am not interested in the premium features the app offer and I should not be force to sign up for it.

Bring back the free designs for the background!!!
I’ve been using this app for years and I’m about to uninstall it because all the background designs were removed except for the plain colors!!! You don’t even have access to the text neither…you have to pay to use most of the fonts!! And you get color backgrounds for free when you use to able to get designs as well

The pop up to purchase premium is not passable meaning there is no access to the free version of the app. Y’all suck

This app is horrible. Tell me why they told me that I can download the picture that I had edited on the website if I downloaded the app and I download the app and it literally forces you to pay for a subscription. Like I remember, I even clicked another link of this app where I was supposed to contact support so it took me to the app and the support page popped up and right when it popped up the same thing that forces you to pay pops up and overrides the support form. And this app is very exorbitant: $20 PER MONTH?!?! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I recommend pixelcut; IT IS FREE!!!

Free Border cropping is gone
I’ve used this app forever literally only to add borders to my photos. I don’t use any of your other fancy, lazy, AI services or anything crazy.
So to find out that I can’t even open the app without paying now is ridiculous. If you think I’m getting rid of all my other services for you guys, you’re mistaken.

Deleting the app
I have used this app for several years to edit my photos for socials. It’s been the easiest and best app to use for perfect sizing. Now, I can’t even move past the subscription screen unless I want to sign up for a free trial - I don’t. I’m now deleting the app after all of these years. What a shame.

Unable to adjust pixels like website
I wanted to get an HD picture for my debit card and adjust the pixels on the app but it wouldn’t let me. Complete waste of time and effort.
