Terrible customer service

Absolute worst place to deal with, paid for overnight shipping waited 2 weeks with no updated shipping info which I think is fair and then sent an email with regards to my order, no email back so emailed again a few days later saying if I don’t get a email back I’ll have to cancel transaction as I’m not paying for a product I can’t receive. Immediately got a nasty response back saying they cancelled my account and they tried to deliver it 3 times and sent multiple emails which never happened, phoned them and experienced the worst customer service I have ever received and did nothing to help and blamed everything on me. Product has not even left Ontario yet 3+ weeks later which they are located, will not recommend to anyone.
