Hi, can you please update the app and FAQ. The printer does not even show up under WiFi options in iPhone when it is turned on and cannot connect.

When I try to submit issue on the website through contact the section, it won’t submit and it says page not found

Never connects with printer

The app never connects with the printer. I would recommend looking into a different printer/app.

Please update this app

The ability to search for photos is nonexistent, and requires so much scrolling around. Just allowing a share action from the Photos app itself would help so much.

Can’t print any photos

Everytime I pick a photo it says can’t print cuz it’s not supported. Like bro what?????????

Not working anymore

Printer shows not connected on my iphone 15 instax share app even though it is connected to wifi and location permissions are on. So basically since you didn't update your firmware correctly I now cannot use the printer for anything. Absolute garbage. Never buying instax again.

Connectivity issues after update

I purchased some new films for Mother’s Day and spent over an hour trying to connect the printer to my phone after updating it. Nothing works and I regret updating it and spent over $50 buying film that I can no longer use. I am extremely frustrated because I have tried everything online and have followed the links that the Fujifilm developers have responded with to other people who have the same issues.

Bug

Ever since updating my phone I can’t print… I either have issues with connecting to the instax wifi or the app tells me “the selected picture cannot be used”… very frustrating

쓸 수 없는건가요?

잘 쓰던건데 펌웨어도 업데이트 해보고 앱도 다시 깔아보았지만 쓸 수 없네요..
신제품 나오면 기존 제품 신경 안써주시는걸까요? ㅠㅜ

Doesn’t stay updated!

I have the Instax 2. It will not connect to my phone anymore since the IPhone update. I’m realizing online and through ChatGPT that this is a common problem. Fuji doesn’t keep their app updated. So frustrating. I have a perfectly good printer, full of brand new film, that I can no longer use!

Share sp-2不管怎麼設定，都無法支援手機連線列印，也沒有替代方案，只能變成電子垃圾，該公司生產的產品5年內就會淘汰，不要再買立可拍底片了，只能當歷史的灰燼。

Don’t try on your phone

I spent an hour trying to connect my printer to my iPhone, however no matter the troubleshooting I tried it wouldn’t connect or print. Luckily, I was able to connect it to my iPad and use it for some odd reason I have no explanation for. You’d think that if a customer spent $100+ on an item no matter how old it is, Fujifilm would keep it updated and usable. But no, the latest/last update completely blocks your printer from being used. It shouldn’t be this difficult to print and use this product/app.

Perfetta ma da aggiornare

L'applicazione funziona perfettamente e permettere di stampare le foto dal telefono ma bisognerebbe dare più possibilità di modificare la foto dentro l'app, magari con più filtri o adesivi e quant'altro... Ogni volta che si stampa una foto viene messa in un album particolare dive si possono ristampare le foto già stampate in precedenza con salvati gli stessi parametri già preimpostati ed è molto utile.
