Kein Druck vom IPhone möglich
Das Produkt ist für mich unbrauchbar, da kein Druck möglich ist. Eine Bluetooth Verbindung wird hergestellt aber es ist kein Druck möglich und es wird auch nicht der Akku oder die noch verfügbaren Bilder angezeigt. Damit ist die Kamera für mich nicht nutzbar und ich werde sie zurückgeben.
Update zur Antwort von Fuji. Das Kontaktformular habe ich schon vor drei Wochen ausgefüllt und keine Antwort bekommen.

When I first got my wide evo camera I was enjoying all of its features, including the app functionality.
After the latest update I can barely use the app with my camera.
I try to print “The device is busy.”
I try remote shooting “The device is busy.”
The app doesn’t track the photographs I’ve printed any more, and all of the stats for film type and effects are totally wrong.
For the price of the camera, this is seriously disappointing.
Cmon Fuji, pull your fingers out and take a look at this please! It’s clearly not just me having this issue, the internet is filled with people making similar comments.

Die Instax Wide Evo App funktioniert leider nicht richtig. Obwohl mein Mobiltelefon korrekt mit der Kamera gekoppelt ist, kann ich weder drucken noch die Remote‑Kamera nutzen. Beim Drucken erscheint die Meldung, dass die Kamera beschäftigt sei, und bei der Fernbedienungsfunktion bleibt die App beim Lade‑Spinner hängen.
Nach langem Ausprobieren habe ich herausgefunden, dass es manchmal funktioniert, wenn man die App zunächst neu koppelt, anschließend die Kamera zurücksetzt und danach sofort druckt. Danach lassen sich sowohl das Drucken als auch die Fernbedienung nutzen. Allerdings kostet dieser Vorgang jedes Mal 1 Euro und ist zudem nicht zuverlässig. Sobald man die Verbindung eine Weile nicht genutzt hat, treten die gleichen Fehler wieder auf: Beim Drucken ist die Kamera angeblich beschäftigt, und die Fernbedienung bleibt erneut beim Lade‑Spinner stehen.
Ich habe das Ganze zusätzlich auf meinem iPad getestet – mit exakt demselben Ergebnis.
Bitte beheben Sie dieses Problem. Die entsprechenden Funktionen werden schließlich aktiv beworben und sollten zuverlässig funktionieren.

direct print won’t work
Direct print as well as live shooting doesn’t work. It shows that camera is connected, but these functions unavailable. Direct print shows error “device is busy”. Tried everything to fix it, nothing works.

Kein Druck über Iphone 17 möglich
Das drucken über Iphone17 und der App funktioniert leider nicht. Alles mehrfach neuinstalliert, keine Chance! Es kommt IMMER die Meldung „Das Gerät ist beschäftigt, bitte versuchen Sie es nach einiger Zeit erneut“
Poor apps without clip arts function
I was really disappointed with the new Instax Wide camera and its related app. Can you imagine releasing a new version of the camera and app without any clip art features? I have been a long term user of the Instax Wide printer for over four years, and during that time there have been no updates to the clip art at all. What have the engineers been working on?
After buying the newer Instax Evo, I feel it was a waste of money. The print quality is even worse than the older model. The original Instax Wide produced sharp images with good colour saturation, but this is no longer the case.
What I dislike most is the app. It has disabled the clip art function entirely, which makes no sense and completely ruins the experience. I do hope the app engineers think about the needs of customers and try to bring back the clip art function and keep it updated.

iPhone 17 Pro Max isnt Supported?!
I bought the Wide Evo in hopes to connect my phone to it to remotely control the camera and print photos but I just got off the phone with Fuji support and was informed that my phone isn’t supported and I have to wait for an update. This phone has been out for months!
PLEASE update the glitchy cropping screen!
When you go to resize or adjust the picture right before you go to print it, the part where you can zoom in, adjust, crop the picture, etc. is absolutely 100-percent broken, and moves the whole app screen (as though you’re swiping down to close it) instead of accurately adjusting the picture your trying to print. Instead, it just moves the whole entire app window around, and makes printing the photo a massive, massive task, which really should not happen at this stage in the app’s current cycle. Please fix this, as it makes adjusting the photo before printing all but impossible.

фотоаппарат подключается, видно количество оставшихся снимков для печати. но снять удаленно с телефона или распечатать невозможно — пишет постоянно, что device is busy. больше ничего в приложении сделать нельзя, в итоге приложение бесполезно, и ради чего брали фотоаппарат, не работает. просто обычный фотоаппарат мгновенной печати.

次にファームウェアが古いせいかと思い、アプリからアップデートしようとしたが、『デバイスがビジー状態』とのエラーが出て永遠にアップデートできない。エラーの解決方法が公式のサイトでは見つけられず、いくつかビジー状態を抜け出せないか頑張ったが、できなかった。
bluetooth機能が製品の魅力の一つだったが、今のところこのアプリでできることはないと感じている。
