The Institute of Catholic culture is a phenomenal organization that gives high-quality content and lecturers and gives you free resources on the Catholic faith.
Every Catholic should take at least one class.
The Institute for Catholic Culture (ICC) is the best online forum for ongoing Catholic adult education I have found. For over three years I have audited classes (certificates are also offered) and learned things about the faith I had never heard before or had a very indeed study explaining why we believe what we believe. This was confirmed with me when I audited the Bioethics class.

Essential Resource
If you want to move beyond basic YouTube apologetics and content (nothing wrong with those) this is the place. I can now say after over a year of listening to the lectures offered here that I have a firm understanding of my cultural heritage as a Catholic.
