Unauthorized charge
Tried to contact but received no response regarding the $119 charge to my account. I am disputing the charges with my bank for a fraudulent charge.

I opened this app once never subscribed to it never used it and now I’m being charged $89.99 and cannot reach anyone for a refund. I’ve tried through Apple and so far nobody has responded. If I am issued a refund, I will remove this review.

Have tried to create videos and wasted $100 bucks on an app that doesn’t work and the people never responded back. Save your money.
Bad customer service
I bought a pro plan. My credits are supposed to renew every week. They have not been renewed for two months and I cannot get anyone in the chats that can help. I keep getting a message saying that they will be back online tomorrow. This is Monday. I also got the same message on Saturday.
会自动扣费2百多，千万不要申请试用！
抱着试试看的心情想试用一下，看看能不能帮自己减轻工作内容。但是要求先勾选使用一年的选项才能试用。结果试用后不满意，3天试用期满了因为没有解除自动扣费选项，被扣了2百多，申请退款2次被驳回。只在下载第一天试用过，就被扣费2百多这个是有史以来最贵的修图软件收费！劝君不要抱着试试看的心情试用这个软件。

Doesn’t do much
For the price, this is a total rip off. It really doesn’t do much more than CapCut, which is half the price or Instagram edit which is free.
Didn’t like it
The app exports reels without music. It makes no sense. These templates are synced with the music that is presented, if I add any music on Instagram, it will never Sync. Not very intuitive to edit texts, if it has two different fonts and you want to add a section, it changes the whole text. You need to add another text to change it and it’s a lot more editing. Thank you.

Absolutely Garbage

The app is buggy.
I have a one-year subscription with pro functionality. 2,000 credits per week are given for the use of AI. I used the ai function to process my videos, the application glitched and launched the same function 2 times for execution, wrote off the credits for 2 videos and immediately crashed. You restart the application, it works a bit and crashes again. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, restored my subscription, and have 0 credits on my balance. Now, almost every time I launch it, it offers to buy a subscription, as if it doesn't exist, the label disappears if you use the restore button every time you log in. I don't understand where the credits went and why I need to log in to my account every time. I wanted to write to support, but for some reason this functionality is unavailable. What did I pay the money for?

App not working
This app stopped working. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks and now every time i try to load anything, it comes up in ERROR. Theres no way to contact them and troubleshooting doesnt work either.
Buggy feature
I’m a paying customer, I have PRO plan. The amount of credit (2000) is only enough to create one video (cost 1000 credits) which you won’t know how it will turn out. And if editing is needed, I basically have no more credit to edit it and have to wait for another 7 days!
It is very inefficient and not helpful!
Then the AI video keeps pending in creating stage forever despite the credit was already deducted. I have no way to get stopped. Then I reinstalled the app and lost all of my projects as well as the pending AI video.
