I’m a novice here
I love that there are a hundred of tools that you can use for editing and most are user friendly, however the only downside is when it downloads a video from the media, it gets stuck.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Any time I wanted to use the app for Palestine, Congo or Sudan for my business it rejected my content! I thought it was a fluke at first but it’s a trend. Unreal! If you support humanity skip this hateful app.

AI doesn’t work
Templates are nice but the AI image enhance feature DOESN’T WORK AT ALL. I am on the yearly subscription and customer service is also not responding
Glitchy
The AI is subpar and you can’t edit the AI content in the AI carousel maker. You lose your tokens quickly and if you don’t use them you lose them
Easy + fun to edit!
I made one video so far and have another one drafter and it’s fun and easy to work with. I look forward to creating more!
Propaganda enganosa
Nunca tinha usado esse aplicativo e na tela inicial tinha a opção de testar grátis por três dias, coloquei os dados do cartão e já debitou na hora o valor, sem eu nem usar o aplicativo, queria testar e não gostei, fiz o processo de cancelamento e não usei esse aplicativo nem por 1 dia, exijo o estorno o mais breve possível do valor pra evitar futuros problemas…

Do not do free trial unless you are certain you want it for a year.
⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE: I signed up for what I understood to be a 3-day trial and was subsequently charged $119.99 for an annual subscription. I requested a refund and was denied. I also found an unusually confusing list of Instories Pro subscription options with the same/very similar names at dramatically different prices. Please carefully review the subscription terms before starting the trial. I am currently disputing this with Apple.

You suggest that I should use the app’s chat to tell you more about the problem! What more is there is there to say? You offer a 3 day free trail and charge me £9.99 the very same day. I have left it with my bank to deal with you! Your app’s chat is A.I, it’s rigid and failed to answer my question. Gave me a similar response to the automated response you gave to this review.

Baixei para avaliar, ao final do dia cancelei a assinatura, porém não respeitou os 3 dias de trial, não havendo reembolso. Não recomendo.

Terrible System with ZERO Customer Service
Your monthly subscription comes with credits. These credits REGULARLY go to 0 (zero) for no reason. Trying to chat to someone to resolve the MANY flaws is futile - it’s always an online chat bot and you never get a resolution. Plenty of other apps out there - try one of those first.
