About

Match insulin brand names with their generic counterparts—and get faster at recognizing the names you see on vials, pens, and labels. Insulin for a Match is a study game for pharmacy students, nurses, diabetes educators, and anyone who wants to practice insulin names. Tap a card in one column, then find its pair in the other. Finish the board, then deal another round. HOW TO PLAY • Two columns of shuffled cards—one brand, one generic • Match the pair, then keep going until the board is clear • Stuck? Use a hint to highlight possible matches • Want the official listing? Select a card and tap Info PRACTICE YOUR WAY • Filter rounds by fast, slow, or mixed acting • Choose 3 to 8 pairs per round • Hide brand and generic labels when you are ready to recognize names on sight • Light or dark appearance BACKED BY OPENFDA Cards come from a saved openFDA NDC Directory snapshot of brand and generic insulin pairs, and the app can refresh from the live directory when available. Open a product to see NDC, labeler, ingredients, pharmacologic class, and other listed details. This is an educational matching game, not a medical device and not a substitute for a clinician, pharmacist, or the official product label. Do not use it to choose, substitute, or dose insulin. Always confirm products with a licensed professional and the current FDA label.
