CREATE ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ORDER TYPES Create Dining, Takeout and Delivery orders with customer references. TABLE RESERVATIONS Reserve tables by assigning guest details or as a default guest. All the guest details you enter will be saved into the POS system. ORDER PANEL Three levels of food menu including Food Category, Food Types and Foods. Add food modifiers, increase or decrease quantity, assign price to open foods, and add comments before placing the order. Remove cart items or ordered items with reasons. ORDER SUMMARY View saved order details including Net Price, Service Charge, Tax Total, Promotion Price, Discount Total and Grand Total. Add discounts, print checkout bill and make payments to the order. ADD DISCOUNTS Apply line discounts, full bill discounts, net price, remove service charge and taxes. Confirm with specific authorized user confirmation. MAKE PAYMENTS Accept multiple payment types including Cash, Credit Card, Duty Meal, City Ledger, Advance and Other. PRINT CHECKOUT BILLS Print checkout invoices after saving the order. Multiple print options with authorized users. KOT & BOT PRINTING Print kitchen order tickets and bar order tickets when saving the order. NOTIFICATIONS Receive notifications when orders are completed and confirmed from the KOT panel. FOOD MENU A digital menu where customers can view interactive menus with images and detailed descriptions. KOT PANEL Department-wise view of existing orders. Confirm full orders or item-wise orders. Waiter receives a notification once the order creation is completed. GUEST SELF REGISTRATION Separate option for guests to fill in their details and register with the restaurant loyalty programs.
