Crashes and has to be reinstalled
The app will constantly crash on startup and will need to be reinstalled. I don’t even know why they bother. The apps almost useless.
Glitchy in the extreme
Requires reinstallation very few weeks as it stops working.
Recent updates make it unusable
There is no authentication with Face ID or Microsoft Authenticator. It requires you to enter your username and password each time you open it. It is such a pain.
Can’t even copy and paste entries
Works, but doesn’t even support the most basic functions.
Works fine for me.
Note that if you transfer to a new phone, you need to delete and redownload the app for it work again.
Not compatible with IOS26
Not working on the newest version of IOS. Immediately crashes.

Can’t copy text or entries.
Logging in
Not sure why logging in is a burden. Deleting. Reinstalling. 1. Ré-enter server, 2. user account and 3. password not an effective or efficient process.
Split screen issues
App frequently requires re-entry of the password when in iPad OS split screen mode, making it very difficult to use in this manner.
Consistently Crashes Now
The app now crashes anytime I try to open an individual entry to write a description or start a timer. I rely on this app for nearly daily use, so this is really frustrating.
Constant crashes
Latest update causes app to crash when you try to add time … or use it for anything really. Massively frustrating and likely to cost me thousands of dollars in billable time I cannot timely input. On iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18.2.
Terrible app
The app rarely works. Not only does it freeze and crash when you use it, but most of the time you can’t even get it to start. Don’t waste your time with the app.
Freezing has become prohibitive
After the recent updates to the app, if you accidentally leave a timer running overnight, the App is almost corrupted. It crashes and cannot be reloaded. One time I was able to get it to work again by restarting my phone, but this time I had to uninstall/reinstall. This is a fatal flaw for such a common user error, to the point that I likely have to stop relying on the app. I use it constantly instead of desktop, but can’t rely on it any more given this issue.

Since my message to you following the “feedback” link in the app didn’t work— I’ll put this here.
I was hoping your update would solve the problem of not being able to copy/paste and auto-capitalizing after using a narrative code. But no, instead of fixing the narrative code issue, now it is nonexistent. That is, we can no longer use a period before the code to get the text we want. If there is a setting somewhere to make this work, I could not find it. And still cannot copy/paste, something we could previously do in the app. Seriously this app used to be a great time saver and value add. Without the narrative code feature it is useless. Happy to discuss with anyone who will listen as I was a heavy user. Until today!

Stuck on Time codes
App will not let me change time codes
Comparing this to alternatives is embarrassing
This is way too clunky, missing a ton of features, and is light years behind toggl, timery, etc. etc.

App shuts down and loses time
The app freezes and shuts down without warning. This happens routinely while the timer is running. There is no warning. When you go back to hit the stop button on the timer, the app freezes with a black screen and will close. None of the time or even the narrative were saved.
Copy Paste is not not possible
You cannot paste text into your time entries. Ridiculous.
Unusable
Application throws an error at login and won’t allow a login at all. Android app still works with same credentials.
