Limited and clunky
Very limited functionality. Hard to navigate between listening modes. Doesn’t have a sports mode… desperately needs an upgrade

I have used this app with every Integra I have owned…3 or 4…for years.
I’ve never had a connection issue or any issue at all with the units, the remote control or the app.
I cannot explain the reviews. I’m currently running a 7.4.2 Integra receiver and amp system with Hue Sync, 75” Samsung and 1gig FIOS.

Glitchy
I want to love this app, since I love my Integra receiver. But this is really glitchy. More often than not I can't connect to my receiver using this app, and have to re-connect it through Bluetooth or some other method. Disappointing how often it just doesn't work.

Needs more functionality
It would be nice if it displayed the speakers that are in use as you change the sound mode like the Denon app does. I’d expect much more functionality out of a $3200 AVR!
Does what it’s supposed to do
The app works great as an optional remote for my DRX-3.4. The app is also used to configure Dirac Live, and it worked perfectly for that task as well. No complaints.
No longer can connect to the receiver from iPhone
Since the update I can no longer connect to the amp. It’s stuck on Connnecting… please fix!! It’s now useless!!

Apple should remove such apps which do not work at all and have 1 star reviews! Waste of time!
Developers need some basic training.
These developers need to stay in school. Basic connections to devices seldomly work. There use to a 3rd remote you could buy called o-remote that never had connection issue but no longer is available perhaps you can contact that developer for tips. That app was flawess.
Considering I have four Integra receivers and spent well over $12,000 it’s a shame I have to go and connect to each one by pressing buttons last I checked we live in 2024.

Not getting the menu shown in App Store
All I can do is run setup. Can’t change modes, radio stations, etc.

Selling the Integra. Buying another system
I’ve tried for 2 years to connect the Integra App to my receiver. Never connects. Still won’t work despite several phone calls to Integra. I’m going to sell the receiver and buy a system that is excellent quality with an app that actually works.

My previous review was deleted, but this app worked flawless for two years and the last 3 or 4 updates have broken the ability to connect and now it’s unusable. Luckily I had the older version on my iPad which still works so now I have to back up to older version and restore to my phone. I would have paid for this app if it wasn’t changed, but the developers seem to want to find ways to change it and break things. Thoroughly frustrated!

Album artwork disappeared
New UI seems easier to use, but main complaint is that the album artwork no longer shows.

Not sure why folks complain about this app. It works fine on both iPhone and iPad on recent year Integra models. We’ve got a DRX 5.2 from
2018 and esp w the new UI it controls multiple zones easily and efficiently. Nice recent update Integra!

2 apps for 2 model year Integra receivers… frustrating
Frustrating that it won’t control older Integra Network receivers that used the old Integra app. Now I have to have 2 apps in my place phone, one for my old receiver and one for my new - which defeats the reason I bought another Integra to begin with. I want one app for both. I understand newer has more features, but all I want to control is basic controls is input select, naming inputs and volume, and group the two together. They should at least design it to perform the basic controls of older network receivers.

UI is a bit clunky, but it gets the job done.
Recently I can no longer see my receiver in available devices to play from in the Spotify app while on e same WiFi. Which is a bummer since that was a greatly used feature

Starts but hangs
New version now starts and is usable. If you go to the eq display, when you come back the app is hung for good.
Also the tool tops come up too often and the first one is grammatically flawed.
Dial up your investment in this app please.
