Absolutely useless
This app is absolutely useless. The odd occasion it does connect it’s not too bad. The other 90% (I’m not kidding) of the time it won’t connect. It’s that bad I bought a Denon amp upstairs as the app works 100% perfectly all the time. Although both amps are great I use my phone a lot to stream music, so without the ability to use my phone to connect I will never ever buy another Integra amp again…….and nor will anybody I talk to about the patheticness of this much needed integration.

Oops
After two days and after posting One Star I finally disconnected the unit from power and after plugging it back in the app started working again perfectly.

I’m not agreeing to anything to turn my stereo on that I purchased. Now I want full refund. It’s my stereo dude. So if you change your app I did not approve you to change sh..t! Dumpster radio
What happened?
This app worked great for years... until I upgraded to iOS 14. Now it will not connect to the amplifier.
Way to go Integra!
Integra stepped up to the plate and corrected the bug issue with Apple’s software. My app now works fine—no issues. Thanks Integra for being there for your loyal customer base. Well done!

This would be a great app if it didn’t crash constantly. Shutting down the phone and restarting gets it going for a bit but the. Crashes again. Terrible user experience

This company has turned their backs on any support and updates. You’ve been warned. Spend you hard earned on something that will work. Avoid buying anything from Onkyo or Integra or you will be left behind once they come up with something new to force you into buying. Just like they have done with this app

It’s an expensive paperweight
Do not buy an Integra receiver. I’m on my second one in 3 years. They are junk. Now the app used to control the receiver keeps crashing. Now I have an expensive paperweight. Looks like others have the same issue and Integra is ignoring the issue. There are plenty of options. Do not buy.

I paid good money for the 70.3. Now the app crashes when opened on my iPhone and iPad. I’ve sent multiple messages and no result. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER INTEGRA PRODUCT.

This app is junk!!! Ive sent request to have it fixed......still no resolution. The app crashed about 2 weeks ago and hasnt worked since. I paid top dollar for my 80.3 and now I cant even control things when im outside. please fix this app!!!!!!
App Crashes When Opened
I used to use this all the time and it worked great. Recently it started completely not working. I reinstalled it and still doesn’t work. Needs to be updated!
